Important Terms and Conditions
Your name, home address, a contact telephone number and a Visa, MasterCard or Switch/Maestro number and its ‘valid from’ and ‘expiry’ dates and CVC number are necessary when making a reservation. If you are unable to provide credit card details then a deposit of 50% will be required.
We will not make any charges to your credit/debit card at the time of booking, but if you incur any cancellation charges (see above) they will be applied to your card. When you make a reservation it is a legal contract between Thistle House Guesthouse and yourself. Please note that our cancellation policy is part of this contract and therefore it is advisable that you arrange suitable insurance to cover any eventuality which may occur. (e.g. Illness, Ferry disruption etc. )
In the case of multiple bookings of more than 3rooms Please note that separate terms and conditions apply and are available on request.
Other Information
For the comfort of guests Thistle House is non-smoking.
No babies or children under the age of 7 years
No pets in the house or grounds.
Check in is from 16.00 to 19.00 and rooms will not be held after 21.00 without prior agreement.
Check out is strictly 10.00am.
All prices are inclusive of VAT
